POLINOX compressed non-woven wheel PNER Ø 150x25 mm Bore Ø 25.4 mm Hard A Coarse for finishing. POLINOX compact abrasive wheels PNER consist of several highly compressed non-woven layers bonded with a special grain-resin system. Different combinations of compaction, fibers, grain and corresponding bonding result in nonwoven products with a very good surface finish, high removal rate and long service life. These tools can be used to cover a wide range of surface finishing tasks, from relatively coarse sanding to preparation for polishing. The version for straight grinders, flexible shafts and sanding blocks is particularly suitable for processing smaller surfaces. Hard version with very high stock removal rate, good edge stability and long service life for rough deburring and polishing applications. An adapter is included for sanding wheels with a diameter of 150 x 25 mm to reduce the bore diameter from 25.4 mm to 20 mm.
