POLINOX compressed non-woven wheel PNER Ø 150x25 mm Bore Ø 25.4 mm Medium soft SIC Fine. POLINOX compact wheels PNER consist of several highly compressed nonwoven layers bonded with a special grain-resin system. Different combinations of compaction, fibers, grain and corresponding bonding result in nonwoven products with a very good surface finish, high removal rate and long service life. These tools can be used to cover a wide range of surface finishing tasks, from relatively coarse sanding to preparation for polishing. The version for straight grinders, flexible shafts and sanding blocks is particularly suitable for processing smaller surfaces. Medium-soft version with increased edge strength and service life for rough sanding and polishing applications. Well suited for processing contours. An adapter is included with sanding wheels with a diameter of 150 x 25 mm to reduce the bore diameter from 25.4 mm to 20 mm.
