POLINOX compact abrasive wheels PNER consist of several highly compressed non-woven layers bonded with a special grain-resin system. Different combinations of compaction, fibers, grain and corresponding bonding result in nonwoven products with a very good surface finish, high removal rate and long service life. These tools can be used to cover a wide range of surface finishing tasks, from relatively coarse sanding to preparation for polishing. The version for angle grinders and fillet weld grinders is particularly suitable for processing fillet welds and hard-to-reach slots or recesses. Medium-soft version with increased edge strength and service life for rough matching and polishing applications. Well suited for processing contours.
