Carbide high-performance PLAST FSTS cylinder ZYA Ø 08x25mm shank Ø 8mm for plastics. Carbide burrs with PLAST teeth are suitable for trimming and contour milling the wide range of fiber-reinforced plastics GRP and CFRP. They are particularly suitable for less hard glass and carbon fiber-reinforced thermosets (GRP and CFRP ≤ 40 % fiber content) and fiber-reinforced thermoplastics. The PLAST toothing (similar to PCD milling cutters) minimizes delamination and fraying. Cylindrical burr Flat end cutting edge. Burrs with a flat cutting edge (FSTS) are used for milling grooves and pockets. They are only suitable for machine and robot use.
