Ceramic grain flap disc F Ø 60x15 mm shaft Ø 6 mm CO-COOL120 high stock removal on stainless steel. With flap sanders, the abrasive flaps are arranged on a backing in a radial fan shape around the axis of the tool. Their flexibility allows them to adapt perfectly to the contours of the workpiece. The abrasive grain is embedded in a synthetic resin bond on the tension-resistant, flexible cloth backing. Flap wheels are listed in ISO 3919 under the designation "flap wheels". For aggressive grinding with maximum stock removal on hard materials with poor thermal conductivity. Constant maximum performance due to self-sharpening ceramic grain. Active grinding additives in the coating achieve a significantly higher stock removal rate, prevent clogging and result in cooler grinding.
