Conical diamond file 4x170mm D126 (medium) for particularly narrow, deep-set contours. Diamond files and sheets are used wherever conventional files fail due to the hardness of the material to be processed. Diamond files and sheets are also used for processing hardened steel. The working temperatures are so low that no chemical wear occurs. This means that the higher hardness of the diamond grain can be utilized for a longer service life. The conical diamond files are used in toolmaking on particularly narrow, deep-set contours. Due to the forged shank, they can be used without a handle.
