Cup brush unknotted TBU Ø50mm shaft-Ø6 mm steel wire-Ø0.30 (1). Can be used universally for cleaning, derusting and smoothing as well as removing corrosion and paint. Particularly suitable for brushing work on large, flat and easily accessible surfaces due to the frontal insert with the entire brush surface. Cup brush with plastic-coated brush body. Steel wire is the most common fill material. Brushes with steel wire fill material are particularly suitable for surface treatment and deburring. PFERD special wire has a high tensile and bending fatigue strength. This ensures optimum wear of the wire and a long service life, even in extreme brushing applications. Steel wire can withstand temperatures of up to 300 °C.
