Cup brush unknotted TBU Ø50mm shaft-Ø 6 mm brass wire-Ø 0.20 drilling machines. Can be used universally for cleaning, derusting and smoothing as well as removing corrosion and paint. Particularly suitable for brushing work on large, flat and easily accessible surfaces due to the frontal insert with the entire brush surface. Specially developed for use in the low speed range on cordless screwdrivers and drills. Brushes with brass wire fill material are suitable for special applications such as surface finishing on copper and brass workpieces. Brass wire is softer and more flexible than steel wire. PFERD uses CuZn37 wire quality for all brushes with brass wire. Brass wire can withstand temperatures of up to 180 °C.
