Cup brush, not knotted TBU Ø50 mm shaft Ø 6 mm steel wire Ø 0.30 Drilling machines (1). Can be used universally for cleaning, derusting and smoothing as well as removing corrosion and paint. Particularly suitable for brushing work on large, flat and easily accessible surfaces due to the use of the entire brush surface at the front. Specially developed for use in the low speed range on cordless screwdrivers and drills. Steel wire is the most common fill material. Brushes with steel wire fill material are particularly suitable for surface finishing and deburring. PFERD special wire has a high tensile and bending fatigue strength. This ensures optimum wear of the wire and a long service life, even in extreme brushing applications. Steel wire can withstand temperatures of up to 300 °C.
