Deburring brush unknotted RBU Ø 250x60x50.8 mm bore stainless steel stranded wire-Ø 0.35 mm stationary. Particularly suitable for deburring pipes, cut edges and small parts on stationary machines. In order to meet the special requirements for processing stainless steel (INOX), PFERD uses wire quality 1.4310 (V2A) for all INOX brushes. Practical experience in the industrial environment confirms that it has very good corrosion resistance with an optimum service life. All PFERD brushes with INOX fill are marked blue and are suitable for use on all stainless steels (INOX), such as V4A. Wire grade 1.4310 tends to behave ferromagnetically when work hardened, i.e. it is attracted by magnets. This is due to a change in the microstructure caused by deformation, e.g. during wire drawing. This has no effect on the quality and corrosion resistance of the INOX trim. It retains its corrosion-resistant properties. Stainless steel wire (INOX) can withstand temperatures of up to 450 °C. The fill material of this brush is a stranded wire (LIT). This is a stranded INOX wire. Due to the special wire arrangement, this version with stranded wire fill is particularly suitable for heavy-duty brushing work and enables aggressive brushing.
