Deburring brush unknotted RBU Ø 250x60x50.8 mm bore steel strand wire Ø 0.35 mm stationary. Particularly suitable for deburring pipes, cut edges and small parts on stationary machines. Steel wire is the most common filament material. Brushes with steel wire fill material are particularly suitable for surface finishing and deburring. PFERD special wire has a high tensile strength and flexural fatigue strength. This ensures optimum wear of the wire and a long service life, even in extreme brushing applications. Steel wire can withstand temperatures of up to 300 °C. The fill material of this brush is a stranded wire (LIT). This is a stranded, brass-plated steel wire. Due to the special wire arrangement, this version with stranded wire fill is particularly suitable for heavy-duty brushing work and enables aggressive brushing.
