Hand brush for precision mechanics HBFM 4-row steel wire-Ø0.15 mm. PFERD offers an extensive range of hand brushes with different shapes and fill materials. Excellent for light brushing work on fine surfaces. Steel wire is the most common filament material. Brushes with steel wire fill material are particularly suitable for surface treatment and deburring. PFERD special wire has a high tensile strength and flexural fatigue strength. This ensures optimum wear of the wire and a long service life, even in extreme brushing applications. Steel wire can withstand temperatures of up to 300 °C. The fill material diameter of 0.15 mm enables a soft brushing action and produces a fine surface finish.
