Roller brush WBU Ø100x100x19.1 mm bore steel strand wire-Ø0.27 burnishing machine. Excellent for surface structuring of large workpieces. Steel wire is the most common fill material. Brushes with steel wire fill material are particularly suitable for surface finishing and deburring. PFERD special wire has a high tensile and bending fatigue strength. This ensures optimum wear of the wire and a long service life, even in extreme brushing applications. Steel wire can withstand temperatures of up to 300 °C. The fill material of this brush is a stranded wire (LIT). This is a stranded, brass-plated steel wire. Due to the special wire arrangement, this version with stranded wire fill is particularly suitable for heavy-duty brushing work and enables aggressive brushing.
