Tapered brush unknotted KBU Ø80x10mm shaft-Ø6 mm steel wire-Ø0.30. Excellent for medium-duty brushing work such as deburring, cleaning and derusting. Steel wire is the most common filament material. Brushes with steel wire fill material are particularly suitable for surface treatment and deburring. PFERD special wire has a high tensile and bending fatigue strength. This ensures optimum wear of the wire and a long service life, even in extreme brushing applications. Steel wire can withstand temperatures of up to 300 °C.
