POLINOX compact grinding wheels PNER consist of several highly compressed fleece layers bonded with a special grain-resin system. Different combinations of compression, fibres, grain and corresponding bonding result in non-woven products with a very good surface finish, high removal rate and long service life. These tools can be used to cover a wide range of surface finishing tasks, from relatively coarse grinding to preparation for polishing. The version for straight grinders, flexible shafts and grinding blocks is particularly suitable for processing smaller areas. Medium-hard version with increased edge strength and service life for rough deburring and cleaning applications.
