PFERD POS COMBITWIST round brush, braided RBG HD diameter 115x12 mm M14 stainless steel wire diameter 0.35 mm angle grinder. Very aggressive brush. Suitable for heavy-duty brushing work in metal construction, such as descaling, derusting, deburring, cleaning weld seams and removing adhesive residues and weld spatter. In order to meet the special requirements for working with stainless steel (INOX), PFERD TOOLS uses wire grade 1.4310 (V2A) for all INOX brushes. Practical experience in industrial environments confirms that it offers very good corrosion resistance and optimum service life. All PFERD TOOLS brushes with INOX bristles are marked in blue and are suitable for use on all stainless steels (INOX), such as V4A. Wire grade 1.4310 tends to exhibit ferromagnetic behaviour when cold worked, which means that it is attracted by magnets. This is caused by a change in structure resulting from deformation, e.g. during wire drawing. This has no effect on the quality and corrosion resistance of the INOX bristles. They retain their corrosion-resistant properties. Stainless steel wire (INOX) can withstand temperatures of up to 450 degrees Celsius.
