DURO-A 110 power chuck, 90-degree tapered teeth, cylindrical centring mount – ZA 60. The Duro-A is a three-jaw through-type chuck that can be operated automatically, i.e. hydraulically, by a CNC machine. It is primarily used for turning operations on cylindrical and disc-shaped workpieces. Stable clamping through axial tightening; the workpiece is automatically pulled down against the rigid stop by the operation of the clamping mandrel. Vibration damping due to the high vulcanised rubber content of the clamping sleeves; prepared for air pressure monitoring; compatible with Type 269-90 intermediate flanges. Technical features: high flatness and concentricity accuracy; high repeatability; clamping force remains constant over 500,000 cycles; wedge hook principle; fixed base jaw, top jaws via slotted nuts; threaded ring pre-fitted.
