Tip angle 60 degrees; head and shank are hardened; cutting tip is through-hardened, allowing it to be reground as required. Technical features: The housing is forged from high-quality material, which guarantees a uniform grain structure. The tensile strength is approx. 1000 N/mm². The rotating centre point features high concentricity and a generously dimensioned precision roller bearing to absorb radial and axial forces. The head and shank bearings ensure a long service life. The bearing seats in the housing and the running tip are manufactured to exact dimensions and shapes. The reliable shaft seal protects the bearing assembly from dirt and coolant.
