The testo 770-3 current clamp is the ideal clamp meter for demanding measurement tasks in confined spaces. The movable clamp jaw can be fully retracted into the device. This enables the device to grip embedded conductors with particular precision. Thanks to extended resolution, highly precise results are generated even in the lower current range. Furthermore, the testo 770-3 features an extended voltage measurement range of up to 1000 V. In addition, the clamp meter can also be used for more specialised applications such as inrush current, power and µA measurements. With the optionally available temperature adapter for thermocouple probes, temperatures can be measured in addition to electrical parameters (suitable type K thermocouple probe available to order separately). The clamp meter automatically detects and selects AC/DC and other parameters such as resistance, continuity, diode and capacitance. This makes operation easier and safer than ever. The measured values can be clearly displayed on the clamp meter’s two-part display as well as in the testo Smart App. The testo 770-3 can be quickly and easily connected via Bluetooth to the testo Smart App and other Testo measuring instruments.
