TYROLIT Abrasive belt 75x2000 ZA60 PC X JTS PREMIUM Steel/Aluminium

The durable blended fabric of the PREMIUM ZA-P41 PC X belts has been specially developed for demanding applications on steel and non-ferrous metals. Thanks to the use of hard zirconium, these belts are ideally suited to very high pressure and deliver above-average stock removal rates. Active coolants in the bond reduce heat build-up during grinding. A special feature of these Tyrolit belts is that they can also be used in wet applications with oil, emulsion or water whilst still delivering excellent results. Applications: For demanding applications on steel and non-ferrous metals. Particularly suitable for wet applications with oil, emulsion or water. Advantages: Excellent stock removal and ideal for high-pressure machining thanks to the use of hard zirconium. Low heat build-up during grinding thanks to active coolant in the bond. Durable mixed-weave backing for a robust belt construction. Grit sizes 24, 36 and 100 available on request. We recommend: Grit size 40/60 for maximum stock removal.
