This PREMIUM flap disc makes it easy to grind difficult-to-machine materials such as aluminium, as well as copper, bronze, brass or nickel silver. A special formulation reduces the risk of smearing on the workpiece. In addition, the addition of ceramic grit ensures that the disc remains extremely sharp throughout the entire grinding process, thus offering excellent stock removal. Applications: For demanding grinding applications on non-ferrous metals, particularly materials that are difficult to grind such as aluminium, aluminium bronze, aluminium alloys, copper, bronze, brass and nickel silver. Advantages: The formulation prevents the usual smearing and dulling of the flap disc. Self-cleaning and self-sharpening of the disc during material removal thanks to the added ceramic grain.
