The PREMIUM Quick-Change discs with ceramic grain and an abrasive-active top coat offer maximum material removal in applications with high contact pressure. The use of an additional coating facilitates material removal without excessively heating the surface being worked on, whilst simultaneously reducing disc clogging. This makes this product ideal for working on stainless steel, as the additional layer has a cooling effect, thereby effectively preventing discolouration of the workpiece. Compared to the zirconium version, the ceramic grain used is even sharper and more aggressive, enabling faster removal rates. The strong adhesion and high-quality abrasive guarantee an excellent service life. This product is available in two different mounting systems to cover all types of tools. Applications: For tasks requiring heavy material removal and high processing speeds (removal of small burrs, weld spots or weld beads).
