The PREMIUM Quick-Change discs made from high-performance zirconium with a quick-release system offer increased material removal in applications with high contact pressure. The use of an additional coating facilitates material removal without excessively heating the surface being worked on, whilst simultaneously reducing disc clogging. This makes the product ideal for working on stainless steel, as the additional layer provides a cooling effect, thereby effectively preventing discolouration of the workpiece. Zirconium is characterised by high toughness, which results in significantly improved durability of the discs. The excellent adhesion and high-quality abrasive ensure a long service life. This product is available in two different mounting systems to cover all types of tools. Applications: For tasks involving heavy material removal and high processing speeds (removal of small burrs, weld spots or weld beads).
