The PREMIUM roughing disc for non-ferrous metals achieves excellent grinding results in daily use thanks to Tyrolit’s proprietary formulation and manufacturing method. Clogging of the tool is prevented, thereby reducing clogging or dulling of the tool. Even at very low contact pressure, the disc achieves very high aggressiveness, allowing you to achieve better results with less effort in the shortest possible time. Applications: For demanding applications on non-ferrous metals such as aluminium, aluminium bronze, aluminium alloys, copper, bronze, brass, nickel silver and titanium. Advantages: No clogging of the disc thanks to a specially developed bond – this ensures it remains aggressive and generates very little heat. The disc achieves very high aggressiveness even at low contact pressure. We recommend: Stable hardness N for edge grinding. Softer, cutting hardness L for surface grinding. 4 mm thickness for peripheral grinding. 7 mm thickness for rough grinding. Special features: Low heat build-up. Maximum aggressiveness.
