The laminated PREMIUM SCM discs are made from the specially developed Scrim Back material, which is characterised by a high-density grain-bonding structure. This guarantees excellent service life. Furthermore, the laminated SCM discs are available in Heavy Duty material, which enables high grinding performance with low surface roughness. This is due in no small part to the material composition, which consists of a ceramic-coated aluminium oxide grain and thus supports aggressive machining processes. Thanks to their reinforced construction, these discs are particularly durable and ideally suited to demanding applications. The lamination ensures high rigidity of the disc, thereby guaranteeing very flat and uniform machining of a wide variety of surfaces.
