SUNBURST radial grinding brushes are the ideal solution for light deburring, cleaning, and fine finishing and polishing on a wide range of materials, particularly in hard-to-reach areas. Their special geometry allows them to adapt perfectly to the workpiece. Replacement discs for the radial grinding brushes are available in various diameters between 152 and 305 mm and grit sizes between 36 and 400. The grinding brushes remove thin layers from most surfaces without damaging the underlying layer. Heat and dust generation are minimal. The sharp abrasive grain embedded in the flexible bristles enables fast and consistent results during fine finishing. For most applications, the operating speed is between 800 and 4000 rpm.
