Tyrolit’s SUNBURST discs for radial grinding brushes are the ideal solution for light deburring, cleaning, and fine finishing and polishing on a wide range of materials, particularly in hard-to-reach areas. The discs remove thin layers from most surfaces without damaging the underlying layer. Heat and dust generation are minimal. The sharp abrasive grain embedded in the flexible bristles enables fast and consistent results during fine finishing. For most applications, the operating speed is between 2,000 and 18,000 rpm. Lower speeds allow for a gentler approach, greater flexibility and finer results. Higher speeds allow for more aggressive material removal. Light pressure on the bristles maximises the disc’s service life. Applications: For light deburring, cleaning, finishing and polishing. For straight grinders.
