The SUNBURST radial grinding brushes from Tyrolit are the ideal solution for light deburring, cleaning, and fine grinding and polishing work on a wide range of materials, particularly in hard-to-reach areas. They remove thin layers from most surfaces without damaging the underlying layer. Heat and dust generation are minimal. Thanks to the shank mounting system, they are ready for immediate use on straight grinders. The sharp abrasive grain embedded in the thin, flexible bristles enables a fast and even finish. For most applications, the operating speed is 8,000 rpm. Lower speeds allow for a gentler approach, greater flexibility and finer results. Higher speeds allow for more aggressive material removal.
