When working on electronic components, there is a risk of destroying them through electrostatic discharge during the machining process. With the ESD torque screwdriver set including micro bits, this problem is a thing of the past. The ESD torque screwdriver is manufactured in accordance with the international standard IEC 61340-5-1 and therefore guarantees maximum protection of electronic components during delicate screwdriving work. The dissipative tool handle has a surface resistance of 10⁶-10⁹ ohms and dissipates electrostatic energy safely and in a controlled manner. The torque screwdriver also enables controlled screw tightening. The torque range can be variably set using the integrated numerical scale and the enclosed setting tool, thus covering a wide range of applications. A clear audible and tactile signal when the torque is released ensures process reliability and protects against material damage and reworking. With a triggering accuracy of +/- 6 percent, the torque tool meets the requirements of DIN EN ISO 6789.
