When using conventional crimping pliers, there is a risk of the cable lugs jamming in the pliers or being crimped incorrectly. The crimping pliers with oval crimping (O-Crimp) from Wiha help to avoid unnecessary cable and connector waste. It has a crimping range of 0.5 to 6.0 mm² and therefore covers the majority of applications. Thanks to the color-coded crimping areas, red-insulated connectors from 0.5 to 1.0 mm² can be crimped in the red area, blue-insulated connectors from 1.5 to 2.5 mm² in the blue area and yellow-insulated connectors from 4.0 to 6.0 mm² in the yellow area. High-quality crimping is achieved thanks to the automatically adjusted crimping pressure and the option to stop the crimping process manually using an emergency release function.
