Application

For producing metric M right- and left-hand threads with countersink on CNC machines in blind and through holes, in material groups steel, stainless steel, non-ferrous metals, cast iron and special alloys up to 1500 N/mm².

Execution

  • Precision-ground thread milling cutter with countersink step for the highest requirements in process reliability and service life

Advantage

  • innovative cutting edge geometry and coating technology ensure very high degree of dimensional accuracy, process reliability and chip evacuation
  • High-quality cutting material and cutting edge finish for very high service life requirements
  • Low tooling costs thanks to high flexibility in thread diameter; only one tool is needed for right- and left-hand threads
  • Significantly optimizes process times, as the thread and countersink are produced in a single operation
